What is Civic Initiative Fund?
Within the Civic Initiative Fund (CIF) Enclavia project team will put focus on the “spin-off” by supporting initialization and implementation of grass-root actions into the Serbian Community which will be initiated from alumni network. CIF is separate budget line in framework of Enclavia project which was established especially for activities launched by alumni network.
During entire project period participants from alumni network will be invited to develop initiatives which will be funded by CIF small grants.
Activities which will be funded by CIF will be coherent with Enclavia objectives and compatible with Enclavia activities. CIF will give an opportunity and creative space to local grass-root initiatives express their interests and creativity, to develop concrete and practical action plans through alumni network and to implement them with Fractal assistance if needed.
CIF is a good motivation for all participants to continue with fostering civic activism even after their participation in project is accomplished.
CIF is in line with ancient Chinese proverb: “Tell me if you want me to forget, show me if you want me to remember, involve me if you want me to understand.”
